API MCP Free Trial Agreement

RentViewer Corporation ("RentViewer," "we," or "us") is giving you a free trial of the RentViewer API MCP (the "Service"). Your trial starts when you agree to this Agreement and lasts 7 days.

Paid signup is not currently open. For now, the Service is free to use during this launch window. If you sign up for a paid plan later, we will tell you the billing terms before you owe us anything.

The Service uses AI to answer questions about your property management system data. AI can make mistakes. We do not guarantee that any answer, summary, or output from the Service is accurate, complete, or current.

You are responsible for checking any output before you rely on it or act on it. This is especially important for anything used in financial reporting, investor communication, or other business decisions.

You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise try to extract or reconstruct the Service or the logic behind it. You may not use the Service to build a competing product.

Any non-public information you learn about the Service during your trial, including how it works, is confidential. Do not share it outside your company without our written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" during the trial. To the extent allowed by law, RentViewer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the trial will not exceed the amount you paid for the trial, which is $0.

Either you or RentViewer can end this trial at any time, for any reason. RentViewer may also end the trial early or extend it. When the trial ends, your access to the Service may be turned off.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law rules.

By agreeing during your booking, you confirm that you have read this Agreement and agree to be bound by it.
